CrossFit Group Training 1 visit free$150 per month

60 minute functional fitness training sessions - You MUST have completed the CrossFit Prep Course prior to attending group classes.

Personal Training

30 Minute Skill Session $45 per appointmentPurchase required to enroll

Need a skill refresher? Sign up for a 30 minute session with a coach to go over a specific skill that's giving you trouble.

60 Minute Skill Session $60 per appointmentPurchase required to enroll

If you feel you need a little more time to work with a coach one-on-one, try a 60-minute skill session. An hour just might make all the difference and get you the PR you've been working toward.

Prep Courses

CrossFit Prep Course $150Purchase required to enroll

The CrossFit Prep Course is designed to teach you all of the fundamental movements of Crossfit so you may participate in the the group classes. The Prep Course meets three days a week (Mon, Wed, Thur) from 5:30 - 6:30 for four weeks.

One-on-One Prep Course $300Purchase required to enroll

If your schedule doesn't permit you to attend the regular 12-session Prep Course, we can accommodate you with 5 sessions of one-on-one training to get you ready for CrossFit group classes. Contact us to set up a schedule that works for you!

Open Gym

Open Gym Purchase required to enroll

Come to the gym between class times to do some extra mobility and stretching, work on your weaknesses or make-up a missed class. The Open Gym sessions will have a coach available for safety and questions, but not for specific instruction.
