Sunday Open Gym

Sunday is free open gym time to do some extra mobility and stretching, work on your weaknesses or make-up a missed workout. There will be a coach available for safety and questions, but not for specific instruction. You don't need an Open Gym membership for this hour, but you do need to be an Unlimited member to take advantage of the time.
